I've been a client for 25 years. Sure they're not afraid to write an invoice but they're the BEST and let's be honest if you own one of these machines you shouldn't be nickel and diming your wrench and certainly don't want to go to some guy under the apple tree that kinda sort knows something about exotics. Wil & Joe were very helpful and resolved the problem I had with my clutch cylinder. Nice enough to keep the car indoors for a prolonged period due to rain. Fine repair and nice people too, a rare combination these days! Worth the extra mile to get here if you need work done on your Ferrari!read more

Just wanted to say that the experience with the shop was excellent. The owner's wife was a joy to talk to and made the visit a complete pleasure. Rob ,the technician, was affable and extremely willing to answer some of the questions I had about my car. A friendly environment with staff willing to engage with the customer beyond a few words is a new experience for me when it comes to auto servicing--something you will not see at most high end dealerships. I am sure to make this my go-to shop going forwards!read more

I took my Superformance Cobra here to have a new slave cylinder installed. While it was there, Jeff and Robbie checked the whole car over for anything else it may require. I approved all repairs and the workmanship was first-rate. Over time, Robbie was the sole technician on this job. He encouraged me to phone him anytime I had a question. His skills are second to none. I would not hesitate to bring any car to them for repair and my experience was a pleasant one.read more

“I have known Wil for approximately 20 years and he has worked on many of my cars, the first being my ’66 Aston Martin DB6. He is probably one of the most honest individuals you will ever meet, and in the land of restoration shops, that’s hard to find. He is not inexpensive, and giving estimates before a job is very difficult, as one never knows what you’ll run into, but when the job is done, you can be assured it’s done to the highest quality. He and his very talented shop team are capable of tackling almost any job, with a wide range of experience on many brands of automobiles. His billing is very detailed and any areas that Wil finds that he feels should be addressed, he will contact you to get your “yea” or “nea”. All in all, I think you will be very satisfied with his service.”read more

Based on a personal reference I chose to have my DB9 serviced by Exoticars USA . Considering I am employed by a luxury car importer who calls on new car dealers everyday I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. I was provided with a detailed estimate. No surprises. They took the time to review the vehicles needs and kept me updated on the vehicles progress and completion time. Once the work was completed they gave me an ETA on when they would deliver it. It was on time and cleaner than they received. Quite impressive. They've earned my business.read more

I have used Exoticars USA for about 15 years. They have serviced and repaired my Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche. They even sold a Lotus for me when I made a poor online purchase decision. Wil, Sandy and the team at Exoticars have always done a great job for me over the years. Their pricing is fair, customer service is great and their skill level on repairing virtually anything is extraordinary! I just wish I could buy a few more cars for them to service!read more

When my car needed service I called a good friend who owns over 20 cars and asked him where I should send my car. He said that Wil has been taking care of all of his cars for over 20 years. That was good enough for me. I recently had my car serviced by Wil and his staff and the work was perfect and I was also pleased with the pricing. I can't thank them more for what they've done for my Maserati. This is my first time to deal with them, and without doubt I'm already a loyal customer of them. They are the only one that I can leave my car with without any worries because of their expertise and competence. As a particular person I'm always unsatisfied with dealerships and other average body shops' working attitudes as well as qualities, but Exoticars made every single idea in my mind come true, and they've totally live up to, even beyond, my expectations. The Service Manger, Mike, is so welcoming, professional and helpful that I hardly had such a pleasant service experience with any auto services before. Communicating with him is a breeze and he really knows what you want and how to best take care of your cars. All in all, it couldn't be wrong to leave your car with them, and honestly if you own such a kind of exotic car you shouldn't be stingy. I never write reviews but feel compelled in this case. My Mini Cooper was in and out of three shops that could not figure out the issue. Then I found Exoticars! They set expectations from the start and diagnosed the problem quickly. The work was completed swiftly and communication with Mike was awesome. These guys are experts!! I had a separate unrelated problem a couple weeks later and experienced the same professional courtesy and skill. I had a tire blow out late last night on 32 and was able to get my car into the entrance of Tinicum Park, 5 miles south of Frenchtown on the PA side of the river. I'm not familiar with the area, and I didn't have AAA, so I pulled up my yellow pages app and after trying 4 businesses (all closed), I somehow happened upon Exoticars' phone number, despite their not being an emergency roadside service provider. Sandy tried to reach a local emergency service while she was on the phone with me but they were also closed. When she realized that I was stranded and pretty much out of options, she and her husband got into their vehicle and personally came to my rescue. Honestly, it was such an act of kindness by 2 people who didn't know me at all. It was dark, freezing and late on a Friday night and I have no idea what I would've done had they not offered to come out and help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sandy and Wil. They were honest and the repair cost ended up less than what was previously quoted. Treated my car like a Rolls Royce. Shop was clean and employees were friendly. Labor rate is around $155/hr, but your vehicle is in good hands.read more
